Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification provides insight to the tools and techniques of Lean Six Sigma, its metrics, and basic improvement methodology. Yellow belts learn how to integrate Lean Six Sigma into their organization to improve production and transactional processes to better meet customer expectations and improve the bottom-line. Alternatively, armed with a basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, a job candidate may enjoy an advantage over other candidates by providing knowledge of the most advanced techniques for process improvement. A Yellow Belt may participate as a core team member or subject matter expert on a project. This course provides a valuable overview for those intending to complete a Green Belt or Black Belt course. Upon completion of this course you will receive 0.7 CEUs.
